Five practices, one standard.
Fractional controller and fractional CFO services, CPA-led bookkeeping, and the ERP, CRM and systems work that keeps the numbers clean. Every engagement is scoped in writing and led by a partner.
- 01Fractional ControllerFractional controller: month-end close, financial statements, controls, audit readiness and bookkeeper oversight.
- 02BookkeepingMonthly books, reconciliations, payroll and clean month-end closes, overseen by a CPA.
- 03Fractional CFOFractional CFO: budgets, cash-flow forecasts, KPI reporting, financing and growth planning.
- 04ERP & CRMNeutral ERP and CRM selection, implementation, custom builds and data migration. No vendor commissions.
- 05Systems OptimizationMap how work flows, remove double entry and bottlenecks, and automate the repetitive.
How engagements are priced
We do not publish prices, because no two businesses need the same scope. After an introductory call and a look at your books or systems, we send a written proposal that sets out the work, the deliverables and the fee. Nothing starts until you agree to it, and the fee does not move unless the scope does.
The usual drivers are transaction volume, the number of accounts and entities, payroll and sales-tax complexity, how much clean-up the books need, and how often you want reporting. How bookkeeping is priced in Ontario walks through them in detail.
Opening to new clients in early 2027.
We are not taking on clients right now. Join the list, tell us about your business, and a partner will read it before we open. List members hear first.
